Currently I’m having a full time job & there my working time is local time 02:00 pm to 10:00 pm. So I will want to start my freelance works after office or before office. May be 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM local time.

It can be wired transfer tough Payoneer or directly to my local bank account if you want to hire me on a marketplace like Upwork that also works for me.
WHAT IS YOUR RATE?
I mentioned my hourly rate on Upwork as $15 an hour, based on work & projects we always can talk & come to a decision that can be good for both parties.
WHAT PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE YOU PREFER?
I feel comfortable with MySQL/NoSQL as Database & ReactJs as a front-end language. I’m good in CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap & WordPress frameworks.
HO LONG YOU TAKE FOR A BASIC WORDPRESS SITE?
Projects are always something to research cause different project requires different time frame. For a simple WordPress website I can say it can be ready within 20 hour.
HOW IS YOUR ENGLISH SKILL?
My English skill is fluent to talk & as written. Since last four years working with an American agile team where I’ve colleague from many countries I never found any issue with language. My native language is Bangla & English is second language.

We’re two brother & a sister, there are two more Software Engineer in my family except me 😀 So you can assume we’re tech freak family by born 😛
